Publisher-For-You is a unique hosting service for web sites and blogs. Our site building software is not available through any other web host.

Ease Of Use

Authors do not need HTML knowledge or other technical skills to publish sites and blogs with our service. Anyone who can fill out web page forms can create and manage a web site with Publisher-For-You.

Authors can create a large site or blog using one simple form with just TWO required fields. (the category and summary fields are optional)

Group Sites

Invited guest authors can be given their own control panel, (no tech skills needed) so they can publish their articles within a specified section of a site. A group of writers can thus build a site together, under the supervision of the site owner. Useful for companies, organizations, or any group effort involving the collaboration of a variety of writers.

Content

Over 25,000 articles in 75 topic genres are installed within each account. Users can select any article(s) they like and add them to their site by clicking a button.

Links

A database of over 500 link partners is installed within each account. These are people who have contacted us specifically requesting help in finding other webmasters to exchange links with.

Navigation

The navigation system for the site is created and maintained automatically. The author does not need to create or manage an internal linking structure for their site.

To make navigation easy for readers, a link to every page is provided on every page. Readers are never more than one click away from any page on the site.

The author can organize articles in to categories, which helps readers find what they want on a large site.

A searchable site map is provided. Readers can sort article listings by latest article, oldest article, category of article, or search for words contained in article titles or summaries.

A simple site map which is designed around the needs of search engine robots is also provided.

The system encourages authors to put a brief summary of each article under the article title, which gives readers an "at a glance" guide to each article's contents.

Billing

Other web hosts bill customers at the beginning of each month, BEFORE the hosting service is delivered. We bill customers at the end of every month, AFTER we've provided the month's service.

Our accounts are priced at $25/month.

Customers subscribe to our service using Paypal. Paypal will automatically make the hosting payment each month until the customer cancels the subion.

Customers can cancel their accounts at any time, without our assistance, by canceling payment within their Paypal account.

We do not have, need, or want access to the customer's credit card information.

New customers do not pay us until the end of the first month. If our service doesn't meet their needs, new customers can cancel before 30 days, and owe us nothing.

Free, full featured, time limited, demo accounts are available so that shoppers can see what they will be getting before they buy. No payment or credit card required to get a demo account. Just ask, and we'll set one up for you.

Customers can join our affiliate program, which pays $75 for every new client referred. Our affiliate program provides each Publisher-For-You customer with at least one way to make money with any site they create.

Features

Each account comes with 500 megabytes of disk space. That's enough room for approximately 5,000-10,000 web pages, or more, depending on how many images are used.

All website files can be downloaded to the author's computer (with two clicks) for easy backups. We also keep multiple backups of all files.

Publisher-For-You can be used to create a site or a blog. Authors can switch back and forth between the two modes any time they want with one button click.

The video manager makes it easy for non-technical users to add video to their site in a choice of five different display sizes.

Authors can create and store many different color schemes for their site, and change from one color scheme to another with one click. When the author chooses a different color scheme, it is automatically applied to every page of their site. A variety of default color schemes are built in to the system to aide authors who don't wish to be artists.

Authors have site wide control over 4 seperate ad spaces. As example, an ad (or any other content) can be added to the footer of all pages by entering this ad one time in to the control panel.

A comment feature allows readers to add their own comments to any article. The authors is notified of all comments via email. Any comment can be easily removed by the author. The comment feature can be turned on or off by the site owner with one click.

Readers can subscribe (confirmed opt-in) to a site, to receive a notice of each new article as it's published. These notices are sent automatically as each article is published. This feature can be turned on or off by the author with one click.

A searchable Note Manager provides a place for the site owner to store any text they may wish to save for future use.

A support ticket system within the user's account keeps a record of all questions asked by the user, and all answers provided in reply by support.

The header panel, footer panel, and sidebar panel can each be turned on or off for the entire site with one click.

Included Software

We help our clients stay focused on their site's bottom line by including easy to use bookkeeping software within each account. Video tutorials and a detailed manual are available, but are probably not necessary in most cases.

Two keyword research tools are included in every account. Keyword Finder can be used to quickly brainstorm up keywords and ideas for new articles. Wordtracker Companion organizes complex reports from Wordtracker.com in to simple sortable lists of the key information.

A Link Manager provides a place for users to keep a record of all incoming links to their sites. The Linkbot software can visit many remote URL's to check if these incoming links are still in place.

Limitations

The focus of our service is to speed the production of income producing text content by removing of technical distractions. This mission focus requires the following compromises.

All site building is done through our web control panel. Publisher-For-You is a content manager, not a graphic design program. Users who require complete control over page layout and graphic design should choose another service.

Users do not have or need FTP access to their accounts, and thus can not install their own CGI programs. This simplifies publishing greatly for most users, and does much to ensure the reliablity of our service, but may frustrate technically minded webmasters who feel that their own CGI services are essential to their publication.

Our service is probably not suitable for graphic artists, designers, and programmers.
