Affiliate Program Agreement

This page explains the terms under which we will pay commissions for sales you refer to us. Please familiarize yourself with these details so you will understand what to expect.

Payment Amounts

We give affiliates the first three payments ($25 each) we receive from any new customer you refer to us.

These 3 payments are automatically collected by Paypal according to this schedule.

1st payment 1 month after opening account.
2nd payment 2 months after opening account.
3rd payment 3 months after opening account.

These three $25 payments come to a total of $75 paid for each new referred customer who stays with us at least 3 months. See details below.

As we receive each of these first three payments from the customer, we will credit them to your affiliate account, and they will appear as a balance due.

Payment Delivery

Unlike most affiliate programs that pay all affiliates at once according to some schedule that is convenient for the accountants, each of our affiliates determines for themselves when they'd like to receive payment.

You can tell us to hold your payment until your balance due exceeds some amount you choose. If you are outside the U.S., this may help you keep bank fees down.

Or, you can have us automatically send a payment any time a balance is due.

Or, you can request a payment at any time a balance is due, and we'll send you payment immediately upon your request.

You can choose to have us mail you a check (from a U.S. bank), or we can pay you via Paypal.

You can change your mind about how and when you are paid at any time by logging in to your affiliate account, and changing your settings.

Our affiliates are important partners, and one of the ways we try to show that is by letting you decide how and when you get paid.

Cancellations

If the customer cancels their account before making all the first three payments, you will receive only the payments they made.

As example, if the customer pays the first and second payments, but then cancels before the third payment is due, your commmission will be the two payments they made, for a total of $50.

As another example, if a customer cancels before making any payments, neither of us will make any money on the account.

Please Note: If a customer cancels before the end of 3 months, we will lose money and time on the account. Obviously, this is a situation we are motivated to prevent if at all possible.

Please be assured we will do everything we possibly can to satisfy the customers you refer to us.

Promotion

Please understand we will not partner with, or make payments to, any affiliate who, 1) promotes our service in bulk unsolicited email, or 2) misrepresents our service in deliberately misleading advertisements.

If you are going to include your affiliate link in any mailings, be sure that the list you are mailing to includes only people who have specifically requested to receive these mailings.

If we have concerns about either of these issues we will raise them with the affiliate first to see if there is a misunderstanding. If the problem continues, we will close the affiliate account and cancel all due payments.

Neither of these issues will be a problem for any affiliate who promotes our service in a normal ethical manner.
